WEDM — Wire-Cut EDM

Conformal cooling channels designed in Moldex3D. Mold inserts printed on SLM machines.

Step 2 — CNC + EDM + WEDM

Complete mold machining in-house. Mold base, slides, cores, cavities — all finished to spec.

Step 3 — Mold Trial & Samples

Run first samples (打板) on our injection molding machines. Adjust and approve before production.

Step 4 — Production Run

Scale to full production (大货). Ship finished parts or the mold itself — your choice.
