420 Mold Steel

Martensitic stainless steel optimized for injection mold tooling. Excellent polishability, good corrosion resistance, and achieves 50–52 HRC after heat treatment. Ideal for standard mold inserts.

18Ni300 Maraging Steel

Ultra-high-strength maraging steel for demanding applications. Exceptional toughness-to-hardness ratio, excellent fatigue resistance. Achieves 52–55 HRC. Ideal for long-run molds and high-stress parts.

MS1

Maraging steel variant with excellent polishability. Good choice for standard mold inserts requiring high-quality surface finish. Achieves 50–52 HRC after precipitation hardening.

M2 Tool Steel

High-speed tool steel with the highest wear resistance in our lineup. For high-abrasion applications, cutting tools, and extreme wear environments. Achieves 53–55 HRC.

From File to Finished Part

Send Your File
Share your STEP, IGES, or SolidWorks file via WhatsApp or email. If you only have 2D drawings, send those — we can generate the 3D model.
DFM Review & Quote
We review your design for printability and provide feedback. You receive a quote within 24 hours with lead time, material options, and post-processing scope.
Support Design & Slicing
Our engineers design the support structure and slice the model for optimal accuracy and surface quality on the target machine.
SLM Printing
Part is printed on BLT A320 or E-Plus EP-M2. Layer thickness is selected based on your accuracy and surface quality requirements.
Heat Treatment
Stress relief annealing followed by age hardening to achieve 50–55 HRC. Dimensional stability is verified after heat treatment.
CNC, Polish & Ship
CNC finishing of critical surfaces, polishing to specified SPI standard, cleaning, and inspection. Part is packed and shipped via DHL or FedEx.
