Design to Delivery — In-House

Every step handled by our team. No external subcontracting for core manufacturing steps.

Design Consultation
We work from your 2D drawings, 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks), or even part samples. Our engineers use NX and SolidWorks for mold design and provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback to optimize your part for 3D printing.
Thermal Simulation
For conformal cooling projects, we run Moldex3D thermal simulation to validate cooling time, temperature distribution, and potential warpage — before a single layer is printed. This eliminates costly surprises and proves ROI upfront.
Support & Slicing
Using Magics and BP software, we plan the support structure and slice the model into print layers. This step is critical for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and material efficiency.
Metal 3D Printing (SLM)
Parts are printed on our BLT A320 and E-Plus EP-M2 machines using selective laser melting (SLM / LPBF). A high-power laser fuses metal powder layer by layer into dense, high-strength metal parts. Printable materials: 420 mold steel, 18Ni300 maraging steel, MS1, M2.
Heat Treatment
Stress relief annealing and age hardening to achieve the target material hardness of 50–55 HRC. This step is essential for dimensional stability and long mold service life.
CNC Finishing & Polishing
Precision CNC machining to final dimensions, followed by grinding and polishing to your required surface finish. We can achieve SPI-A1 (optical mirror quality) for transparent injection-molded products.
Inspection & Shipping
Dimensional inspection and cleaning before packing. Global shipping via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight. Contact us on WhatsApp for lead times and freight options.

Applications

What We Print

Conformal Cooling Inserts

Mold cores and cavities with internal cooling channels that follow part geometry — reducing injection cycle time by 15–72%.

Learn More →
Prototype Mold Inserts

Rapid tooling inserts for prototype and pre-production runs. Faster than full steel tooling, with real injection-molded parts in the correct material.

Learn More →
Functional Metal Parts

Structural and functional components for automotive, aerospace, industrial, and medical applications — printed in high-strength tool steel or maraging steel.

Mold Components

Sprue bushings, sliders, lifters, and specialty inserts that benefit from 3D-printed internal features or complex external geometry.

Learn More →
Metal Prototypes

Single-piece and small-batch metal prototypes for design validation, functional testing, and customer approval — in the same alloys used for production.
