No Tooling. No Minimum. No Compromise.

Low-Volume Metal Production

When your volumes don't justify investment casting tooling or CNC production setup, metal 3D printing delivers finished, production-quality parts in small batches — with no tooling cost and full design freedom.

The Economics

When 3D Printing Wins on Cost

Conventional manufacturing has high fixed costs (tooling, setup) that are only justified at high volumes. Metal 3D printing has near-zero tooling cost — making it competitive for complex parts at low quantities.

Who We Serve

Low-Volume Applications

Spare Parts Production

Legacy machine components, discontinued parts, and obsolete tooling elements — produced on demand without minimum quantities. No need to stock large inventories.

Custom Tooling

Jigs, fixtures, clamps, and inspection gauges that are specific to your product line. One-off or small-batch production with full design freedom.

NPI Bridge Production

You need production quantities before your injection mold is ready. 3D-printed metal parts fill the gap for components that would otherwise be injection molded or cast.

Medical & Aerospace

Low-volume, high-value components where 3D printing's geometric freedom enables internal channels, lattice structures, and topology-optimized designs impossible by other methods.

Research & Development

Functional metal components for testing, research, and development programs — where design iterations are frequent and volumes are low by nature.

Mold Insert Batches

Multiple identical conformal cooling inserts for multi-cavity molds. We print, treat, machine, and ship full batches with consistent quality across all parts.

Workflow

Batch Production Process

File Review & Nesting
We review your files and optimize part nesting in the build chamber to minimize cost per piece. Multiple different parts can often be printed in the same build.
Batch Printing
Parts are printed in one or more builds depending on quantity and size. Build time is shared across multiple parts, reducing per-piece print cost.
Batch Post-Processing
All parts heat-treated, support-removed, CNC-finished, and polished together. Consistent quality across all pieces in the batch.
QC & Dimensional Inspection
Each part inspected before packing. Dimensional report available on request.
Pack & Ship
Carefully packed individually and shipped via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight. All parts labeled and tracked.
